Consultation & quotation
Get in touch and tell us about your space and your preferences. Custom schemes are quoted by room size and materials; if you choose one of our existing furniture packages, changing dimensions only adds the corresponding service fee.

Pay the deposit, book a site measure
Once the initial scope is confirmed, a deposit books a professional site measure so we capture exact dimensions.

Drawing approval
We draw the furniture layout from the measured data. Once you approve the layout we follow up with renderings, so you can see the finished result in advance.

Advance payment, production starts
Production begins once the renderings are approved and the advance payment is made. The lead time runs from the approval date, so you always know exactly where you stand.

Delivery & installation
Delivery is included and our team installs everything on site, so you do not need to lift a finger. We finish with a complimentary post-renovation clean.

Handover & final payment
The final payment is made once you are happy at handover, and aftercare starts from that moment.

How do I request a repair under warranty?
Contact our aftercare team by phone, WhatsApp or the website form with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for someone to follow up as soon as possible.
How long does a repair usually take?
In urban areas most repairs are completed within 1-3 working days. If special parts or fabrics are needed, timing depends on delivery and we will let you know in advance.
What does aftercare cover?
We currently serve Hong Kong, with fast on-site visits in urban areas. Remote locations can be scheduled separately, and some services are available online.
Do you offer regular maintenance?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts covering furniture inspection, hardware adjustment and leather or fabric care, ideal for homes and commercial spaces that need long-term upkeep.
Are there discounts on styling refreshes?
Returning clients enjoy a dedicated discount on styling refreshes, and we offer trade-in assessments to make refreshing your space easier.
