From the first chat to delivery, TIPSY was incredibly attentive. The designer really listened to what we needed instead of pushing their own ideas. The cabinets and wall panelling fit perfectly, we gained a lot more storage, and the flat actually feels more spacious.

They handled the design of all three floors in one go, and everything from the staircase joinery to the walk-in wardrobe feels consistent. The installers protected everything carefully and even cleaned up afterwards, so the house was ready to use straight away. We are very happy.
